This 2 course combination will teach you the foundational skills required for all other technical courses – and is the ideal starting point for divers accustomed to diving in doubles.

These classes cover how to set up your equipment, plan dives and refine your buoyancy skills before moving onto using richer mixes of nitrox to accelerate decompression.

Course prerequisites:

Advanced diver with nitrox certification, 25 logged open water dives, minimum age 18
